a lot of bacon

So you may or may not know I recently went on a ski trip. It was awesome because it was the first time in about 20 years that I'd set foot on snow; and, secondly, the company wasn't too bad either.

Aside from the snow, the food was a highlight and there was a lot leftover. I've gotten through most of what was brought back but there's been a lot of bacon sitting around. It wasn't until today that I found this recipe for it. I have all the ingredients and am going to try making it for lunch tomorrow. I'll let you know how it all goes! ;)
